Uses
Simparica kills adult fleas, and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations, and the treatment and control of tick infestations from lonenstar ticks, Gulf Coast ticks, American dog tick, black-legged ticks and brown dog ticks for one month in dogs 6months of age or older and weighing at least 2.8 pounds.
| Directions | Administer one Simparica chewable tablet per month. You can give the tablets to your dog by hand or broken into pieces if they normally swallow treats whole.
Simparica chewables should be administered in a manner that encourages your dog to chew, rather than to swallow without chewing. Care should be taken to be sure that your dog consumes the complete dose.
Observe your dog for a few minutes after administration to ensure that no part of the dose is lost or rejected. If it is suspected that any of the dose has been lost, redosing is recommended.
